La Mer Oceans Global Photography Contest

PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a National Geographic Expeditions Alaska, British Columbia, and San Juan Islands Photography Expedition for two—one winner (1) and one (1) guest. Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation from major airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor); 12 days/11 nights in a category 2 cabin (single room, double occupancy) aboard the National Geographic Sea Lion or Sea Bird; activities including excursions (all activities and activity details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and meals aboard the
ship.

In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive a selection of La Mer products as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Ten (10) runners-up will each receive a prize package of: selection of La Mer products as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, a framed National Geographic Print and Brian Skerry's "Ocean Soul" book.

ELIGIBILITY: All / 21+

COPYRIGHT: The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.

USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide nonexclusive license to Authorized Parties, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) for editorial, commercial and/or trade purposes, in any media now or hereafter known, without compensation, permission or further notification to the entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, unless prohibited by law. Entrants consent to the Sponsor doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrant’s “moral rights” in their entries.
