USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the competition, all entrants grant to Community Lincs the right to publish and exhibit their photograph on the Community Lincs website and exhibit their photograph in print on respective websites or in any other media. No fees will be payable for any of the above uses. We want to see what the British coastline means to you, so pack your camera when you visit the seaside this summer and then enter your best images in the Coast Photography Competition.
You could win cameras and £500 to spend on photographic kit supplied by Olympus. We will print the best pictures in the December/January 2013 issue of Coast and here on allaboutyou.com. The categories are:
1 Landscapes – from salt marshes to sea cliffs, the UK coastline is a nature photographer’s dream.
2 Portraits – artists at work, fishermen mending nets, daytrippers enjoying an ice cream… coastal people’s lives offer many subjects to catch on camera.
3 Holidays – our seas and shores are playgrounds for beach and water sports, while seaside resorts host festivals and events. Can you capture that holiday feeling?
4 Young photographer – if you or yours are under 18, enter any coastal-themed image taken at the British seaside.

USAGE RIGHTS: Artists who submit their artwork to the Light Space Time Online Art Gallery (LST) website for a single themed art competition and have any of their submitted artwork chosen for participation in that themed show agree to the following; That LST be granted usage of the chosen artwork only for display, marketing and promotional purposes for that, and for any future LST themed art show(s) and that usage of that image is limited to LST press releases, LST event presentations, LST articles, LST graphics, LST slide shows, LST presentations, LST event materials and for use on the LST website.
The artist further agrees that LST can maintain an archive of the chosen artwork for the purpose of a historical documentation and as a record of past themed shows. This archive will be available for public viewing and be limited to the LST website (www.lightspacetime.com). Submitted Materials will NOT be used for commercial advertising purposes and will NOT be altered without the prior consent of the author, except as necessary to display or distribute them in a particular medium or format. Permissible uses of Submitted Materials shall include their reproduction, distribution and display in exhibitions, multimedia presentations, and printed materials related to or promoting of The National Countryside Photography Competition Winner 2012 and/or its sponsorship by Great British Life and their Competition Partners.
Great British Life and its Competition Partners shall have the right to grant sublicenses to the press and publicity agents in connection with the promotion of the Award or the competition. Great British Life and its Competition Partners also shall have the right to make the Submitted Materials available to third-parties for viewing on computer screens and other media devices, and for storage in electronic format, for personal, non-commercial uses only.
